NO REFUNDS For online training courses all sales are final. Refunds will be applied to hands on courses as long as the request for refund is within 72 hours of purchase and at least 10 days before the scheduled class date. No Refunds for hands on classes purchased if less than 10 days from date of class. Pre-paid class fees can be transferred to the next available same class in lieu of a refund if you reschedule within the 10 days prior to scheduled class date. All cancellations for rescheduled classes result in no refunds and no transfers. LIVE TICKET EVENTS (Trade Gatherings) NO refunds after 72 hours or if within 30 days of the event. Tickets can transfer within 30 days to another individual with a written request provided the individual meets the requirements to attend the event.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
